Sunday July 4
9:30 a.m. Forum: Ruth Deussen will present “The Axial Age,” an
exciting, pivotal time in history from 800 to 200 BCE, when the spiritual
foundations of humanity were set simultaneously and independently in
China, India and the Occident.
10:30 a.m. Service: “Angels in our Midst” examines how David McElroy
had gone through his life as a spiritual person, but never really
examined the spiritual beings around him. In 2004, David was with his
sister when she died of cancer. A few days before her passing, there
was a prevalence of angels and spiritual beings around her. Because of
this profound revelation, he has continued his journey through writing
and talking about the angels in our midst. Marylin Fermanich will sing
“Angel” written by Sarah McLachlan.
